5 Minutes High Protein Rice!

Have you ever tried a macro meal. It’s only takes 5 minutes to prep this nutritional meal. I have used mayo from @Myanbahfarm to add extra yumminess.
So what’s is macro meal? A macro meal, also known as a macronutrient meal, is a meal that is carefully planned to provide a balance of the three macronutrients; Carb, Proteins and fats. These macronutrients are the essential components of a healthy diet and provide the body with energy and nutrients needed for proper functioning.

This recipe serves 4 people



  • 200 gm of Finn's Kitchen Free Range Egg mayo

  • 420 gram tuna in olive oil blend, partly drained

  • 400 gm canned chickpea , drained

  • 400 gm canned brown lentils, drained

  • 400 gm mix of canned black, pinto and red kidney beans, drained

  • 200gm microwave brown rice pack

  • Handful of chopped fresh spinach

  • 100 gm corn kernels (optional)




  1. Microwave rice as per instruction on the pack, add to a mixing bowl

  2. Add all above ingredients in the rice bowl and mix thoroughly and enjoy!
