A simple way to make the humble snag a bit ‘posh’

Elevate your next BBQ with our Balsamic Bacon Glaze featuring Myanbah Farm Garlic and Sea Salt Olive Oil and Cranberry Orange Caramelised Balsamic. This glaze turns the ordinary sausage into a gourmet dish, perfect for impressing guests or treating yourself. The combination of brown sugar, water, orange zest, and Myanbah Farm's cranberry orange balsamic creates a tart and citrusy flavor, while the garlic and sea salt olive oil adds a subtle hint of savory. Topped with caramelized bacon and onions, this glaze adds a rich and indulgent touch to any dish. Serve it on top of a sausage sandwich or try it with warmed Camembert cheese and toasted pecans for a decadent appetizer. Serves 6 as a side dish or topper, so you'll have plenty to go around.
