INGREDIENTS

30ml lychee liquour

15ml vodka

2x tablespoons Myanbah Farm Strawberry, Rhubarb and Vanilla Bean Jam

30ml sour mix (sugar syrup infused with lemon juice)

2x fresh blackberries

2x fresh strawberries

1 cup of ice

Fresh lime and ice sphere for garnish
Method

Add the fresh berries to a cocktail shaker and muddle.

Top with the sour mix, Myanbah Farm Strawberry, Rhubarb and Vanilla Bean Jam , vodka and lychee liquour

Fill to the top with ice, put the top on the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.

Strain into a serving glass and garnish with a slice of lime and ice sphere
