25 gms of unsalted butter cubes (2 lots)

2 Burger Buns

2 Beef patties

1 Tomato sliced

1 Pickled Beetroot sliced

2 Cheese slices tasty cheddar

1 Brown onion

2 Tbsp @myanbahfarm BBQ sauce

2 Pickled cucumbers sliced
To prepare Bloody Mary sauce, mix all ingredients below:
- 4 Tbsp Finn’s Kitchen BBQ sauce
- 4 Tbsp of Finn’s Kitchen Worcestershire sauce
- 8 Tbsp of Finn’s Kitchen Tomato sauce
Method

Using a shallow fry pan, fry onions and turn the heat off once onions are golden brown.

Add 2 Tbsp of Finn's Kitchen BBQ sauce and mix well, put aside.

Cook meat patties using a large frying pan and butter, patties should be ready by shallow frying 2 mins each side on a medium heat.

In the ast minute of patty cooking , put cheese slice on top for it to melt. In the same pan toast burger buns halved on both sides.

Put patty loaded with cheese on the burger bun, then add all other ingredients and topped with Bloody Mary sauce.
