Cook up a stunning seafood pasta with Finn's Kitchen Preserved Lemon Peri Peri Pasta Sauce! This mouthwatering recipe will leave your taste buds dancing with delight. Serving three, this pasta dish is perfect for a quick weekday dinner that doesn't compromise on flavor. INGREDIENTS

50 gms of unsalted butter

1 Tsp of caraway seeds

1 Cup of seafood marinara mix

480 gms (1 jar) of Finn’s Kitchen Peri Peri & Preserved Lemon Pasta Sauce

Handful of chopped basil fresh (or dried)

50 gms of parmesan cheese grated
-
Salt and cracked black pepper as per taste

2 cups of water
-
½ a packet of spaghetti

1 tbsp of vegetable oil
Method

In a big frying pan melt butter,

keep the heat on high, once butter is melted add caraway seeds, a perfect addition to your seafood dish.

Turn the heat to low and add Peri Peri & Preserved Lemon Pasta Sauce and cook for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile boil water in a pan and add spaghetti with salt and 1 tbsp of vegetable oil.

Once pasta is boiled and cooked well, drain water completely.

Pasta sauce should have thickened, now it’s time to add fresh or dry basil and let it simmer for another couple of minutes,

adjust the salt and pepper to your taste.

Add seafood marinara to sauce and mix it well, turn the heat to high and bring it to the boil.

Then immediately turn the heat off completely and let it sit for about 5 minutes to ensure Seafood is not overcooked.

Serve the sauce on top of pasta and garnish with parmesan cheese, enjoy!
