Best caramelised vinegar you will ever taste. Worth the trip from Sydney to the Hunter just for this vinegar!

This is the best caramelised balsamic I have found, I love that I don’t need to add oil - I can use it on meat, salmon, vegetables and of course salad

This has to be the best Balsamic Vinegar I have ever tried. Love it on Salmon.
