Everyone’s favourite Caramelised balsamic with a traditional Cranberry orange twist. Tart with a citrus punch, this balsamic will work with any poultry, pork and ham, or even lamb. Use straight up as dressing or a glaze to finish roast meats.

After a trip to Portugal, I started to look around for fruity Caramelised Balsamic dressings. We had tried a lovely balsamic dressing one day and started my search for something similar. I found Myanbah Farm in the Hunter Valley. I ordered 3 of their dressings: Fig and Honey, Pear and Vanilla, and Cranberry and Orange.
The Cranberry and Orange dressing is really delicious and comes very close to the one in Portugal. The addition of cranberry added adds additional flavour.
Don't forget to try their fig paste with orange and cardamon. This is delicious with cheese. In parts of Portugal, they have a delicious home marmalade paste to have with their hard cheeses. Delicious.
