This fig and honey vinegar is a secret ingredient in salad dressings and bruschetta mix. No one can ever guess the sweet flavours used - always a hit!

After a trip to Portugal, I started to look around for fruity Caramelised Balsamic dressings. I found Myanbah Farm in the Hunter Valley. I ordered 3 of their dressings: Fig and Honey, Pear and Vanilla, and Cranberry and Orange.
The Fig and Honey dressing is delicious and really makes a salad alive. I have also used it as a marinade on chicken. Just delicious.

I bought this product after try in Hunter Valley this year and absolutely loved! I am happy they sell online and I can keep buying because now I can't live without it! The best balsamic ever!!! Love making feta and beetroot salads with it!
