Bought Pear & Vanilla balsamic at the Sawty Chilli Festival... loved it. Then we used it as a dressing on a blue cheese & pear salad! Magic.
After a trip to Portugal, I started to look around for fruity Caramelised Balsamic dressings. I found Myanbah Farm in the Hunter Valley. I ordered 3 of their dressings: Fig and Honey, Pear and Vanilla, and Cranberry and Orange. The Pear and Vanilla dressing is really delicious and nicely offsets the peppery and nuttiness of salads.
Bought this while in the hunter valley for the weekend and have re ordered. Serve with pear Parmesan rocket and a little olive oil.
