A rich, thick and sticky Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar with Pear & Vanilla. The perfect dressing for a crispy duck and char grilled asparagus salad. Use as a marinade for pork or chicken. For something different drizzle over fresh berries and shaved chocolate.

After a trip to Portugal, I started to look around for fruity Caramelised Balsamic dressings. I found Myanbah Farm in the Hunter Valley. I ordered 3 of their dressings: Fig and Honey, Pear and Vanilla, and Cranberry and Orange.
The Pear and Vanilla dressing is really delicious and nicely offsets the peppery and nuttiness of salads.

Bought this while in the hunter valley for the weekend and have re ordered.
Serve with pear Parmesan rocket and a little olive oil.
