Ingredients

Cumberland Sausage (Pork)
Apple
Celery
Fennel Bulb
Walnuts
Myanbah Farm Tarragon & Seeded Mustard Aioli
Dukka

Method

Finely slice the Apple, Celery and Fennel (inner layer of bulb)
Toast Walnuts and roughly chop
Cook Sausage

Combine Apple, Celery, Fennel, Walnuts with Aioli in a bowl
Let sit for 15 minutes then plate
Slice Sausage in half and place over sald
Garnish with Fennel and Dukka
