Dulce De Leche Brownie
100g dark chocolate
125g butter
40g cocoa powder
30g flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
90g sugar
2 eggs
140g Myanbah Farm Dulce De Leche
Preheat your oven to 160 degrees and grease 4 small ramekins.
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Finely chop the chocolate and put in with the melted butter,
remove from the heat. Mix until the chocolate is completely melted.
Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl and add to the chocolate along with the sugar. Once all
incorporated, sift the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into the wet ingredients and
mix till it is all combined.
Divide the mixture between the 4 ramekins and dollop a tablespoon of Dulce De Leche on to
each of mixtures. Swirl through with a skewer and bake for 10 mins.
