Puff Pastry
Banana
White Sugar
Egg
Vanilla Ice Cream
Straberries
Defrost pastry for two hours
Use large round pastry cutter to cut circles of pastry
Brush edges with egg
Dice banana and place in center of pastry
Put tablespoon of Ducle de Leche on top of pastry
Fold pastry in half and seal edges
From one end fan edges to seal and create pattern
Brush top with egg and sprinkle with sugar
Bake in preheated oven 160oc for 20 minutes or golden brown
Heat Dulce de Leche in microwave for 40 seconds
Spoon onto plate, place parcel over sauce with vanilla ice cream
Garnish with sliced banana and strawberries
