A cook at home pasta sauce to replicate that classic chilli seafood linguini that you find at an upmarket pub.
Ingredients: 750g marinara mix, green prawns or sliced chicken breast, 1 jar Finn’s Kitchen Pasta Sauce, 375g packet gourmet egg pasta, 100g parmesan cheese.
Instructions: Sautee seafood or chicken. Add Pasta Sauce. Add half jar of water. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over well drained egg pasta cooked al dente. Finish with freshly shaved parmesan.
