Having tried a few garlic infused olive oils, I thought this would be a similar experience, but it's honestly head and shoulders above! There's far more of a garlic flavour in this than others I've tried. Delicious, and absolutely indispensable for low FODMAP diets.
I've been using garlic infused olive oil for a while and wasn't sure how much of a difference I'd notice, but this stuff is honestly amazing. It's much more potent and flavourful than what I've used in the past, so you don't need as much to get the same effect.
This oil was really yummy! My family loved it on roast potatoes, pumpkin, carrots, sweet potatoes and other roast vegetables. It made it all taste utterly delicious!
This is not hugely strong on garlic flavour which is nice as other products I have tried over the years have usually been too strong. It has a lovely salty aftertaste and will try it with balsamic and dukkah for a chamge.
