Kale and Chipotle Slaw

A tantalizing medley of flavors and textures - Freshly shredded kale, crisp cabbage, and grated carrots come together in perfect harmony, enhanced by the smoky allure of roasted walnuts and the zing of Myanbah Farm Chipotle Mayo. Garnished with a hint of red onion and crunchy walnuts, not only serves 6 as a flavorful side but also stands as the ideal companion to grilled chicken or salmon. 


  • 2 cups fresh kale, shredded
  • 2 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 2 carrots, peeled and grated
  • ¾ cup roasted walnuts
  • 1 jar Myanbah Farm Chipotle Mayo
  • Optional: 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced




  1. Set ¼ cup of walnuts aside for garnishing.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the ingredients and toss to coat in the Myanbah Farm Chipotle Mayo. Serve immediately

    Serves 6 as a side dish and makes the perfect accompaniment to chicken or grilled salmon!
