I have used mayo from @Myanbahfarm I added mayo from @myanbafarm to my tuna melts and result was amazing, this recipe is perfect winter comfort food and super easy to cook in no time!
This recipe is a perfect side dish for 2 people or could be a main meal for 1 person
INGREDIENTS

3 Tbsp of Finn’s Kitchen Free Range Egg Mayonnaise

½ a cup of macaroni pasta

1 celery stick chopped
-
50 gm of corn kernels
-
2 Tbsp of chopped parsley
-
½ cup of grated tasty cheese
-
2 Tbsp of grated parmesan cheese
-
100 gm of canned tuna in spring water, well drained
-
1 ½ cup of water
-
1 tsp of salt
-
Pinch of black pepper powder
Method
-
Boil water in a pot, add pasta and salt, boil it until pasta is cooked, stir occasionally few times to keep pasta separated.

While pasta is boiling, meanwhile mix all above ingredients in a big bowl, except leaving handful of tasty cheese and all quantity of parmesan cheese for the last top up before baking.

Once pasta is boiled, completely drain the water, add pasta with above ingredients and mix well except handful of tasty cheese and all of the parmesan cheese.

In a small pie dish or ramekin layer the mixture well, and top it with remaining tasty cheese and parmesan cheese.

Bake for about 5-7 minutes in a preheated oven on 180 degrees. Let it bake until cheese is melted and acquires golden color.

Remove from the grill and let it rest for few minutes before serving! Enjoy this comfort with your loved ones!
