Ingredients

Pork Ribs or Belly
Myanbah Farm BBQ Plum & Chipotle Caramelised Balsamic
Brown Sugar

Purple Cabbage
Carrot
Spanish Onion
Myanbah Farm Garlic Aioli
Salt & Pepper

Sweet Potato Wedges
Sea Salt
Myanbah Farm Spicy Mango Dressing
Sour Cream

Method

Mix Balsamic with Brown Sugar. Marinate Pork overnight in refrigerator

To cook
Place in baking tray on wire rack and spoon over marinade. Cover with foil and cook on 180oc for 20 minutes. Turn and baste with marinade and cook for a futher 20 minutes. Remove foil, baste then cook for 15 minutes at 200oc.

Finely cut cabbage and onion. Grate carrot. Mix with Aioli and season to taste. Let stand in refrigerator before serving

Season cooked wedges and serve with Spicy Mango and Sour Cream dipping sauces
