  • 2 packets of instant ramen

  • 1 tablespoon of Finn's Kitchen Chunky Sweet Chilli Sauce

  • ½ tablespoon of light soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

  • ½ chicken stock cube

  • 2 tablespoons of cream for cooking/thickened cream

  • ½ teaspoon of chilli powder

  • (Optional) Extra chili powder for garnish

  • Toasted coconut flakes for garnish



  1. Begin by cooking the instant ramen in boiling water according to the package instructions. Before draining the noodles, remember to save 1-2 tablespoons of the cooking liquid. This liquid will enhance the overall flavor and texture of the dish.
