INGREDIENTS

800g scotch fillet steak
- Salt and pepper to taste
Dressing Ingredients

¼. cup Myanbah Farm Chilli and Garlic Olive Oil

¼ cup Myanbah Farm Roasted Garlic and Sea Salt Olive Oil

1 teaspoon red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon minced garlic
-
1 teaspoon chilli flakes (adjust to your taste)

1 teaspoon dried oregano
-
1 teaspoon fresh coriander leaves (chopped)

½ cup flat leaf parsley

¾ teaspoon of salt & ½ teaspoon black pepper
Method
Pat steaks dry with paper towel. Season with salt and pepper. Cook steaks according to your preference. Wrap with foil and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes.
Combine all dressing ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth
Slice the steaks ino 1.5cm-strips. Arrange on a platter and drizzle with the dressing. If your guests don’t like spicy foods, you can serve the dressing on the side for dipping.
Serves 4-6 as a share platter
