Seasame Seed Lavosh

1 c of wholemeal flour
1/3 c plain flour
2 tablespoons of black sesame seeds
3 tablespoons of white sesame seeds
1⁄2 tablespoon of dried oregano
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon of salt
1⁄4 c olive oil
1 tablespoons sesame oil
1⁄2 c water


Pre heat your oven to 160 degrees.
In a bowl mix together the wholemeal and white flour, white and black sesame seeds,
oregano and salt.
In a small bowl add the crushed garlic, water, olive oil and sesame oil and mix.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until it forms a soft dough.
Divide the dough in half and place half on a sheet of baking paper, get another piece of
baking paper and place on top of the dough. Using a rolling pin, roll out as thin as possible.
Remove the top sheet of baking paper and cut into desired sizes using a pizza wheel or large
knife. Place the sheet and dough onto a tray and into the oven. You do not have to worry
about separating the cracker dough before they are baked as they shrink slightly in the
cooking process.
Bake for roughly 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove and cool on a wire rack.
