Ingredients
- Your choice of crusty bread, I used French Bread Stick, make it crusty using a heated pan and toaster. 6 Slices
- 2 Medium size Roma tomatoes, diced in small pieces and seeds removed
- 1/2 Tsp kosher salt (or according to taste)
- 1/2 Tsp cracked black pepper
- Handful of fresh chopped basil
- 2 Tbsp of garlic and sea salt infused olive oil
- 1 Tbsp of bruschetta dressing from Finn’s Kitchen
- 1 Tbsp of bruschetta dressing from Finn’s kitchen to garnish
- Handful of grated parmesan cheese
Method

In a mixing bowl add tomatoes, salt, black pepper, basil, olive oil, bruschetta dressing, and half of parmesan cheese

On a serving plate dish out 6 bread slices, top with the mixture and garnish
