Truffle Toastie

Featuring Myanbah Farm Truffle Aioli, this sandwich is layered with mild Hungarian salami, double smoked leg ham, and Swiss cheese, all between two slices of white or multigrain bread. The truffle aioli adds a luxurious touch to the classic toastie, making it perfect for a special lunch or dinner. Brushed with butter and toasted to golden perfection, this sandwich is sure to satisfy any craving.   • 100g mild Hungarian salami

  • 100g double smoked leg ham

  • 4x sliced Swiss cheese

  • 4x slices of white or multigrain bread

  • 30ml Myanbah Farm Truffle Aioli

  • 2x tablespoons softened butter

  • Salt and pepper to taste



  1. Butter 2 slices of the bread.

  2. Top each slice of buttered bread with 50g Hungarian salami, 50g double smoked ham and two slices of cheese.
  3. With the remaining two pieces of bread, spread a thick layer of Myanbah Farm Truffle Aioli and place it on each stack.

  4. Brush a sandwich press with the remaining butter. Toast until golden and serve immediately.
