Tuna Salad to Go

Indulge in a light and tasty lunch in just five minutes with this Tuna Salad to Go recipe. Featuring the delectable Myanbah Farm Caramelised Garlic and Kafir Lime Aioli, this dish combines canned tuna, diced red onion, and chopped coriander to create a zesty and satisfying mix. Served atop crisp, refreshing slices of telegraph cucumber and dusted with Everything Bagel Seasoning, it's perfect as a light lunch or a fancy canapé. Make meal prep easy by transferring the tuna mix and cucumber rounds to separate airtight containers, and enjoy this delicious meal on the go.



  • 1x telegraph cucumber

  • 1x canned tuna in spring water (rinsed and drained)

  • 1 teaspoon chopped coriander

  • ½ a red onion, diced

  • 1 ½ tablespoons Myanbah Farm Caramelised Garlic and Kafir Lime Aioli

  • 2x teaspoons Everything Bagel Seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste



  1. Combine Myanbah Farm Caramelised Garlic and Kafir Lime Aioli, tuna, onion and coriander. Season to taste.

  2. Slice the cucumber into 1.5cm rounds. Pat dry with a paper towel.

  3. Spoon one teaspoon of the mixture onto each cucumber round. Sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning.

  4. Serve as a lunch time canapé or transfer cucumber and tuna mix into separate airtight containers for easy lunch prep.


Serves 1 as a substantial lunch or serves 2-3 as a canapé
